Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, enjoys serving those in their retirement years, and is passionate about making a difference.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone who is comfortable working in a Senior Living Residential Setting.
• HVAC knowledge not required but a plus
• At least 5 years of professional maintenance experience
  , including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's physical spaces and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents. Your duties will include:

• Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
• Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
