What You’ll Do
  • Perform unit inspections.
  • Assist with move‑out documentation.
  • Walk vacant units.
  • Enter the system and track maintenance work orders.
  • Process all accounts payable documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute varied community notices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    1+ year as a residential property manager; HUD/Section 8 experience a plus. Or, 3 years as a general manager or similar, with exceptional people‑leadership and process‑management experience.
  • Education:

    High school diploma or associate’s degree; COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM earned is a plus – you will be given the chance to obtain a certificate as an associate.
  • Dependability:
    Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
  • Resident Focus:
    Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Deadline‑driven with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.
  • Technically Savvy:
    Great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
