ISS offers a competitive compensation, with an hourly pay range $18.5 per hour - $18.5 per hour.

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 6:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Janitors keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.

• No previous cleaning experience is required
• Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills

• Vacuuming
• Edging
• Dusting
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms
• Window cleaning
• Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• May perform other duties as assigned

To perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job you are required to:

• Stand 33% of the time
• Walk >66% of the time
• Sit when required and use hands/fingers to touch, handle, grip, feel, grasp, and reach above shoulders
• Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33–50% of the time
• Climb or balance < 33% of the time; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl < 33% of the time
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Frequently lift 0–10 pounds; up to 25 pounds; and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods
