In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Maintenance Supervisor supervises and trains skilled and unskilled staff in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

• Delegate assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Recommend or initiate personnel actions and administer organization's policies for the department.
• Ensure compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency of work activities.
• Develop schedules and monitor time records to ensure timely payroll record submissions.
• Prioritize work orders; plan, schedule, coordinate, and assign work.
• Plan and organize the purchase of all necessary materials, parts, and components required for work orders.

• Education:
  
  High school education or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Three years of experience leading the maintenance functions in a complex facility, responsible for a variety of maintenance functions.
