Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with 5+ years of experience to analyze, optimize, and improve end-to-end supply chain operations. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making across demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to improve planning accuracy
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels
- Perform root-cause analysis on delays, shortages, and excess inventory
- Support S&OP / IBP processes with data insights and scenario analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma concepts
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.)
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts: demand planning, inventory, logistics, procurement
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
