What to Expect

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B commercial agreements, including SaaS and licensing contracts
• Advise on regulatory, data privacy, marketing, and competition issues affecting products
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial terms with legal standards
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contract governance processes

• J.D. or equivalent law degree; licensed to practice law in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate law department, preferably in-house
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Proven ability to assimilate legal, business, and technical issues for sound decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Familiarity with information services regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property law
• Experience with international expansion initiatives
