• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B commercial agreements, including SaaS and data privacy/security contracts
• Advise on regulatory, data privacy, marketing, and competition issues affecting products
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial terms with legal standards
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration
• Coach and mentor legal staff to foster professional development

• J.D. or equivalent law degree; licensed to practice law in the United States
• 5+ years of corporate law department experience, preferably in-house
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Proven ability to integrate legal, business, and technical issues for sound decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Familiarity with information services regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property law
• Experience with international expansion initiatives
