Key Responsibilities- Manage and support litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- 3-9 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
- Solid academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
- Compensation based on experience
