Salary $95,000 - $135,000 per year

Seek an attorney with 2–5 years of legal experience to join its Labor & Employment Law and Public Law Practice Groups. Individuals who apply should have experience advising and representing employers and/or governments in areas of employment, labor, and municipal law; appearing before administrative agencies and/or courts on behalf of employers and governmental clients; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; representing employers in labor arbitrations;

handling Open Meeting and Public Record matters; and preparing personnel policies and conducting employment investigations. The successful candidate also will have outstanding academic, analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. This position is partnership track and provides a competitive compensation and benefits package.

• 2–5 years of legal experience in labor & employment law and public law.
• Experience advising and representing employers and/or governments in employment, labor, and municipal law.
• Proven track record before administrative agencies, courts, and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Strong academic, analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Partnership track candidate with the ability to build and lead client relationships.
