REMOTE (Must be eligible to work in U.S)

$32/hr; 3 month contract & potential for extension

What you’ll be doing:

• Review and analyze claim documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare clear, detailed written responses to complex inquiries from claimants and legal counsel.
• Handle complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel in a professional manner.
• Receive training, guidance, and oversight from project directors, managers, coordinators, and other team members.
• Consistently deliver best-in-class customer service to both internal and external clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all work.

Who we’re looking for:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may be considered).
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Litigation experience preferred; class action and/or mass tort experience a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to excellence.

Must provide own equipment — requirements are as follows:

Internet & Connectivity:

• High-speed internet access (Hot Spots are not allowed).
• Minimum 20 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed.
• Jitter must consistently remain below 20.
• Cat5e Ethernet cable connection required for stable, high-bandwidth performance.
• WiFi connections are not permitted — device must be hardwired via Ethernet.
• Talk Desk Speed Test must display Ethernet, not WiFi.
