Commercial Real Estate Associate

This Columbus firm, recognized for its sophisticated transactional practice and entrepreneurial culture, is seeking a CRE Associate to assist its diverse roster of regional and national clients, including property owners, developers, and investors. You will be responsible for navigating the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects, from initial land acquisition and due diligence to the final sale or leasing of a project.

• Commercial Transactions: Negotiate and document purchase and sale agreements for commercial and industrial properties.
• Project Development: Counsel clients on land use approvals, zoning, and project delivery systems for large-scale and mixed-use developments.
• Financing: Manage complex financing transactions, including asset-based financing, construction financing, and permanent loans.
• Leasing: Oversee commercial leasing matters from the perspective of owners, managers, and tenants.
• Dispute Resolution: Advise on construction law, contract preparation, and the resolution of real estate disputes, including loan workouts.
