, to recruit an experienced Litigation & Corporate Paralegal
. This is a busy, high-level desk ideal for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in complex litigation, enjoys working closely with trial attorneys, and wants meaningful courtroom exposure.

Litigation & Corporate Paralegal (Split Role)
Location:
Columbus, Ohio – On-site
The RoleThis is a split litigation and corporate paralegal position
, with a strong emphasis on business and complex litigation
. The paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation while also assisting with related corporate and contract matters.
Supporting attorneys in complex business and real estate litigation
Preparing and managing litigation binders and trial materials
Utilizing Relativity for document review and management
Using Trial Director and other trial presentation tools
Attending court hearings, depositions, and trials with attorneys
Drafting and assisting with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and motions
Managing deadlines and court filings
Assisting with corporate support work, including contracts and related documentation
Coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Maintaining case files and litigation databases
Meeting annual billable requirements
5+ years of paralegal experience
, with a strong emphasis on business or complex litigationExperience supporting attorneys through trial and court proceedings
Proficiency with Relativity strongly preferred
Experience with
Trial Director or similar litigation presentation softwareExposure to corporate or contract work alongside litigation matters
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a very busy desk
Strong communication skills and professional courtroom presence
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
4 weeks of paid time off
Annual billable requirement of 1,400 hours
