Taft is seeking a team-oriented litigation associate to join our Columbus Construction practice.

Taft is seeking a litigation Associate to join its Construction Practice Group.

• Contribute to construction litigation matters in a fast-paced environment, including discovery management and motion practice.
• Engage in comprehensive legal research and writing.
• Participate in both state and federal court filings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members on complex litigation matters.

• At least two years of construction litigation experience.
• Meaningful responsibility for discovery management, motion practice, and legal research and writing.
• Experience in both state and federal courts.
• Arbitration experience and experience with liens and bonds are a plus but not required.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively on complex, fast-paced matters.
• Admission to practice in Ohio is required.
