Our client is a mid‑sized Ohio‑based business law firm with multiple offices is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join its growing practice in the Columbus office.
This role is well suited for an attorney who enjoys complex commercial disputes, sophisticated legal writing, and managing matters from inception through resolution. The position involves handling a diverse commercial litigation docket, drafting and editing complex briefs, motions, and memoranda, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and participating in hearings and court appearances, while working closely with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
The attorney will also have opportunities to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school, substantial commercial litigation experience, and demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analysis.
