Responsibilities :
- Manage all stages of domestic relations litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Represent clients during settlement negotiations
- Conduct legal research and case strategy development
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law preferred (or a strong demonstrated interest in the field)
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism in emotionally charged situations
- Ability to manage caseload independently and meet deadlines
- Courtroom experience strongly preferred
