Associate Attorney – Family Law (Senior / Leadership Track)
Atkins and Atkins, Attorneys at Law
Columbus, Ohio
Full-Time | In-Person
Salary Range: $85,000–$105,000
Atkins and Atkins, Attorneys at Law is a family law firm with offices in multiple Ohio cities. We approach each case deliberately and independently, with an emphasis on sound judgment, careful legal analysis, and practical strategy. Our work is grounded in integrity, preparation, and a commitment to advising clients honestly—even when the advice is difficult.
As the firm continues to grow, we are intentionally building internal leadership to ensure consistency, quality, and stability across offices.
The RoleWe are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience who is interested in growing into a senior and managerial role within the firm. This position is designed for an attorney who can handle substantive legal work independently while gradually assuming responsibility for overseeing matters, mentoring others, and serving as a trusted point person when firm leadership is not physically present.
This is not a volume‑driven role. It is suited to attorneys who value judgment, preparation, and thoughtful decision‑making.
Leadership & Growth PathThis role offers a clear path toward senior attorney and managerial responsibility. As trust and experience grow, responsibilities may expand to include greater autonomy over cases, oversight of junior attorneys, and a meaningful role in firm operations. This position is intended for someone who wants to be a stabilizing presence and long‑term contributor as the firm continues to expand.
