Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin, OH, for an Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, handle personal lines insurance policies, and provide excellent customer service. Tasks include processing renewals, endorsements, and assisting clients with claims. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients to assess their needs, making sales, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Account Management and Insurance skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills
• Property & Casualty license required
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in using insurance software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
• Pay Range $20-$28 depending on experience
• Will consider hiring as Senior Account Manager with 5+ years agency experience with increased pay range
• Potential to earn commission
