• Provide program technical assistance to development personnel and contractors to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
• Create, update, and review design documents, performance criteria, and test case scenarios
• Conduct system tests to ensure expected outcomes and assist in the implementation of new systems
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to system users
• Provide help desk customer service to system users and monitor adherence to system development requirements

• 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study
• Minimum of 24 months of experience in workflow automation
• Minimum of 24 months of experience with Salesforce
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations pertinent to human services program delivery

• Experience with Ohio SACWIS is preferred
• Experience leading digital workflow automation projects is preferred
• Strong public speaking and technical writing skills
