Change Management Specialist

Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Change Management Specialist for our client, a technology-forward financial services company that provides customizable credit, loyalty, and payments solutions. This is a 12-month contract role in Columbus, OH (Onsite 1 day/week) offering a pay rate of $52 per hour W2 based on skill set.

• Engage immediately in active change initiatives across the organization
• Partner closely with Communications, Training, and PMO teams to execute change activities
• Develop a strong understanding of internal processes, documentation, and tools
• Support and implement structured change management strategies across programs and projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, alignment, and successful transformation outcomes

• Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated change management experience
• Experience supporting technical initiatives (product, program, or Agile delivery environments preferred)
• Financial services industry experience is a plus
