SEO Specialist (1-2 Years Experience)

-based digital marketing agency headquartered in San Diego, CA. We're looking for a hungry, highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. If you're early in your career but think like a veteran—dedicated, detail-obsessed, and eager to learn from the best—this role is for you.

This is a supportive role where you'll work closely with SEO Managers and Strategists to execute high-impact work. Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting keyword research and building keyword assignments
• Posting and optimizing content in Word Press and other CMS platforms
• Updating page titles, meta descriptions, tags, and other on-page SEO elements
• Managing content calendars and coordinating with writers
• Tracking and reporting on traffic, rankings, and campaign performance
• Brainstorming blog and content ideas that drive results
• Collaborating across departments (Content, Social, Development, etc.)
• Supporting Account Managers with ad hoc tasks and daily project needs
• Prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience
• Agency experience preferred, but not required if you have the right drive
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Integrity, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude
