Job DutiesThe College Intern will support the agency’s information security operations by assisting with the configuration, maintenance, and administration of security‑focused hardware and software systems. This role is ideal for students seeking hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, IT systems administration, and enterprise technology support. It is a full‑time internship that extends beyond the summer term, offering professional development throughout the year.
What You’ll Do- Assist with implementing, configuring, and maintaining security hardware and software solutions.
- Support installation and upgrades of systems to maintain compliance with security standards.
- Help manage endpoint protection, secure network connectivity, and workstation security controls.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Create, organize, and maintain detailed documentation of security procedures, configurations, and incident response activities.
- Support technical operations across workstations, telecommunications, and network infrastructure.
- Interface with multiple platforms from hardware and software perspectives.
- Attend meetings as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program directly related to Information Systems or Computer Science and be in good academic standing.
