Specialist, Business Consulting - Data Insights

This team supports the systems, insights, and operational tools that power Talent Acquisition, associate recognition, listening programs, culture initiatives, and enterprise workforce insights. The work influences leaders across Nationwide and help shape how associates experience work every day.

The Specialist, Business Consulting - Data Insights will build the dashboards, applications, and automated workflows that help leaders understand what is happening and decide what to do next. This includes translating complex data into clear visual stories and building a Power App that simplifies a process for hundreds of associates.

This role will design and maintain the tools and insights that support culture and talent programs across the enterprise.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that deliver clear, timely insights to leaders and partners
* Automate recurring reporting processes through scheduling, data refreshes, and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort
* Design and configure business applications and workflow solutions that improve operational processes
* Gather and translate business requirements into practical reporting tools, dashboards, and applications
* Identify process improvement opportunities based on user feedback and operational needs
* Develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
* Apply emerging AI and automation capabilities where they improve usability and efficiency
* Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures that support consistent practices
* Ensure tools and applications are properly configured, secured, and ready for deployment
* Approach solutions with a product mindset, focusing on usability, adoption, and the overall user experience
* Work across multiple initiatives simultaneously while collaborating with leaders, analysts, and operational partners
