Job Description:

Provide overall program orchestration to keep the delivery engine running smoothly week‑to‑week. This includes ensuring all work streams remain aligned to the integrated plan, proactively tracking and managing cross‑team dependencies, and maintaining clear visibility into risks, assumptions, issues, and delivery blockers. The role ensures teams are progressing toward defined milestones, facilitates decision‑making with stakeholders, and drives the governance required for each phase gate to be met on time.

The Program Lead maintains the rhythm of execution across planning, readiness, delivery, and transition phases so that the program remains predictable, coordinated, and compliant with required controls.

• Integrated plan, sprint cadence, reporting, stakeholder comms
• RAID + dependency management (especially access/security and migration data readiness)
• Release planning and governance coordination with Dev Ops/QA
• Ensure wave execution discipline in Migration Waves + Toolchain Integrations (entry/exit gates, sign-offs)
• Coordinate training rollout and adoption milestones in Self‑Service Activation (Templates + Controlled Publishing)
• Drive operational transition readiness in Continuous Optimization, Observability, and Scale Readiness
• Produce Q&A clarification log and assumptions list for the RFP response
