Position: Manager, Business Insights (ALO Ops) HYBRID
- ** Operate as a Player-Coach:
** While this is primarily a strategic role, candidates must have sufficient hands-on data/analytics proficiency to guide work and build credibility with senior technical talent.
* Strong experience leading analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy initiatives.
* Hands-on experience with data tools, dashboards, or analytics environments.
* Ability to lead highly technical teams and translate complex data into business value.
* Experience building governance, standards, or scalable reporting frameworks.
* Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
* Background in AI implementation or leveraging AI within business processes.
* Prior experience in insurance, annuities, or life operations (not required due to SME strength on team).

** Dataiku**,
** Power BI**, and
