Experience with Epic reporting tools (Rule Editor, Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, Clarity/Caboodle). Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
- Epic Certification or "accreditation" in Cheers Campaigns ().
- Experience with Healthy Planet (or similar Epic modules such as MyChart) would be highly helpful, but not required.
- If a Bachelor's degree:
Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience. - If an Associate's degree:
Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience. - If a High School diploma or GED:
Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly responsive to internal customers.
