What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the post-sale customer relationship, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Lead onboarding efforts to ensure customers achieve early and sustained value
  • Develop and execute success plans, defining customer goals and measurable outcomes
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to drive retention
  • Deliver regular business reviews aligned to customer priorities and performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles within SaaS or B2B environments
  • Excellent understanding of the subscription lifecycle, including onboarding and retention strategies
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing a diverse portfolio in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of the employer’s products and services or experience in related industries
  • Experience working with CRM and Customer Success systems, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to advocate for user needs and influence product improvements based on customer feedback
