- Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Highly organized and proactive in managing a diverse portfolio in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the employer’s products and services or experience in related industries
- Experience working with CRM and Customer Success systems, such as Salesforce
- Ability to advocate for user needs and influence product improvements based on customer feedback
