Senior Salesforce Developer

10 is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a contract to hire position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH or Minneapolis, MN. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $ / HR W2 based on experience.

This role involves contributing development and configuration skills to an enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation that is heavily focused on programmatic development. The selected developer will design complex solutions, integrate new and existing features, and work within an agile scrum team to ensure technical integrity and implement scalable solutions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include:
  Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more
• Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity
• Implement scalable solutions whenever possible
• Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices
• Conduct code reviews for teammates
• Contribute to the Dev Ops process
• Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA lead
• Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context
• Embrace and promote agile practices and mindset
• Always strive to learn
• Lean into change that improves processes and relationships
• Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders, including business partners who don't "speak tech "
• Never hesitate to ask why

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of related experience

• Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment
• Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service
