Team Lead, Human Capital Management; IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development or consulting experience in enterprise level solutions
• Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning multiple Finance and HR stakeholder communities.
• Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process.
• Capable of communicating appropriate level of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchies.
• Ability to think creatively and recognize, develop and encourage creativity in others.
• Possess a solid understanding of Product Ownership, Agile, Lean and Scrum principles and build it in others.
• Strong understanding of either HR and/or incentive compensation business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes.
• Experience with ADP Vantage, Callidus, Oracle EPM as well as custom software applications or equivalent systems experience is needed.
• Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Independent, self‑motivated.

Salary range for this position is $114,000 to $142,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance and business needs. Certain positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
