Job SummaryResponsible for partnering with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate clear functional and non‑functional requirements through interviews, workshops, observations, and review of existing processes. Translate business needs into structured artifacts (user stories, requirements specifications, acceptance criteria) and perform detailed analysis and gap assessments to define solution scope and priorities.

What You'll Do:- Perform intermediate business/project analysis functions assigned by senior staff with little guidance and direction.
- Continue developing skills in general system and business analysis, planning, facilitation.
- Develop functional & non-functional requirements, create documentation, maintain corporate assets, and perform system analysis.
- Create test plan, write test cases, and execute tests.
- Demonstrate technical aptitude by utilizing querying tools, understanding data modeling and maintenance of data, and system configuration; able to understand and apply technology solutions.
- Create work plans while learning and applying best practices.
- Build domain knowledge and understand core business capabilities.
- Analyze, resolve and implement appropriate solutions for basic to intermediate problems.
- Provide process redesign and support including using tools, responding to user questions, problem diagnosis, recognition of process improvements, research, troubleshooting, tracking and resolution.
- Develop knowledge and fundamental awareness of planning and monitoring of expenditures to meet organizational objectives and compliance.
- Develop financial management of assets and resources to utilize when making process changes.
- Work within the Waterfall methodology.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field of study.
- Or Associate's degree in computer science or related field of study with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
- In addition to any experience required above, 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

Compensation Range: $74,551.00 - $93,188.50
The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
