Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and install software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

• Leverage and configure Esri ArcGIS server, desktop, and mobile tools to effectively meet end-user needs.
• Troubleshoot issues with solutions that utilize Esri tools, demonstrating a strong understanding of the troubleshooting process.
• Implement user management and licensing best practices.
• Utilize ArcGIS Online to enhance GIS capabilities.
• Work directly with end users to communicate the capabilities of Esri ArcGIS in solving business challenges.
• Understand various data hosting and publishing patterns (e.g., referenced vs. hosted services) and the appropriate use for each.
• Apply basic knowledge of leveraging data in relational databases or file geodatabases to troubleshoot issues and explore potential GIS solutions.

• JIRA, Agile/Scrum, 5+ Years Experience working with GIS Tools and Technologies, ArcGIS Arcade, Arc Py

• Scrum certifications, GIS Professional Certificates

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. GIS or Technology related coursework/degree.

Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
