IT Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Technical Support, IT Consultant
Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
Duties- Serve as the overall owner and face of the POS Modernization program
- Provide leadership across internal stakeholders, architecture and engineering teams, and multiple outsourced technology vendors
- Ensure alignment, accountability, and forward momentum through ambiguity
- Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs with multiple work streams and stakeholder layers
- Strong technical acumen, able to understand architecture and engineering discussions, ask the right questions, and relay insights clearly
- Demonstrated success managing external vendors and systems integrators
- Advanced experience using Jira and Confluence for program execution and reporting
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and influence skills, including comfort in difficult conversations
- Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH four days per week (flexible days)
- POS modernization, implementation, or rollout experience
- Familiarity with Aloha and/or NCR POS platforms
- Background working in environments with heavy reliance on outsourced delivery partners
- Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
