Lead Technical Consultant
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Engineer within SaaS, financial technology, or regulated enterprise environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade software or integration solutions end‑to‑end
- Hands‑on development expertise with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, event‑driven architectures (Kafka), and relational databases (Postgre
SQL) - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation approaches
- Client‑facing experience leading technical discussions, workshops, design reviews, and managing expectations through delivery
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including root-cause analysis in complex, distributed production systems
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum and TDD/BDD practices
- Application development experience within large enterprise, hybrid cloud, or regulated environments
- Collaborative technical leader with mentoring experience and a focus on quality, resilience, and continuous improvement
