Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Hub Spot Administrator, ensuring system integrity and best practices
- Optimize existing Hub Spot functionality and support new enhancements
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to support campaign execution and reporting
- Define, track, and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports
- Administer user access and troubleshoot system, integration, and email performance issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience administering Hub Spot (certifications a plus)
- Experience with email and landing pages, forms, custom objects, and analytics
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing-to-sales reporting
- Understanding of customer lead journeys and demand generation metrics
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Seismic or similar content management platforms is a plus
