Rate: $40–$44/hour | Equivalent to ~$83,200 – $91,520/year

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Jr. Security Analyst for a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. This position offers the opportunity to work on enhancing and optimizing SailPoint capabilities to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, Beanshell scripting, and identity governance principles, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

This is a 6-month contract-to-perm role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and high conversion potential.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop SailPoint enhancements to meet specific business requirements
• Create and troubleshoot Beanshell scripts, workflows, and rules within the SailPoint platform
• Document technical processes and configurations for reference and audit purposes
• Recommend and implement user experience improvements for the SailPoint environment

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a developer
• Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Java Programming: Strong object-oriented programming background; experience writing/debugging rules, workflows, and connectors; familiarity with Java-based APIs and integration patterns
• XML Configuration: Ability to read/edit XML files; understanding of XML structure and validation
• Beanshell Scripting: Skilled in writing and troubleshooting Beanshell scripts for custom logic
• SQL & Database Knowledge: Writing and optimizing SQL queries; familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL; understanding of identity data models and joins
• Identity Governance Principles: Knowledge of identity lifecycle, access reviews, certifications, and role-based access control
• Web Services & APIs: Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
