Sr. ERP Implementation Project Manager, D365 Enterprise
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, primarily focused on Finance & Operations (D365FO
). You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to go-live and support, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
This is a remote opportunity, and can be based from any location in the United States.
Position Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle D365 ERP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and Microsoft partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, scope creep, and delays.
- Ensure deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Support change management, training, and end-user adoption.
- Maintain project documentation including SOWs, RAID logs, and UAT plans.
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- 7+ years project management experience in ERP enterprise environment.
- 5+ years managing ERP enterprise implementations is required, experience with Microsoft D365 ERP is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage client escalations effectively.
- Experience must encompass the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality.
- Previous experience in writing statements of work, project estimation, and resource forecasting.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle client and employee escalations with empathy, diplomacy, and fairness.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
- Coaching and/or mentoring experience with excellent presentation skills.
- Experience working with global project team and able to adapt to schedule to alternate time zones when needed.
- Experience leveraging technology to like Copilot, AI and ChatGPT to increase efficiency.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
