Chipotle is seeking an experienced Kanban Lead / Scrum Master to support the Cloud Performance Team in Columbus, OH. This role requires strong hands‑on Kanban program experience in a high-volume environment (Scrum experience alone is not sufficient). The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, particularly in cloud and infrastructure domains, and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage delivery using Kanban methodology (not Scrum) for high-throughput, operational teams
- Facilitate Kanban ceremonies including replenishment, flow reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and improve flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput, lead time)
- Partner closely with cloud, network, and infrastructure engineers to remove blockers
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Coach teams on Kanban best practices and flow optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incoming work effectively
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Kanban program experience in high-volume environments (mandatory)
- Solid technical background with hands‑on experience in Cloud platforms, Network engineering, Infrastructure / hardware systems
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with engineering teams
- Strong problem‑solving and facilitation skills
Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
