Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products. You will interact directly with customers, manage technical support requests, and collaborate with our internal teams to resolve issues and improve our offerings. This position is ideal for someone who is social, has strong written and verbal communication skills, learns technical concepts quickly, and thrives on continuous learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Field chat and virtual technical support requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Test new software releases to ensure quality and functionality.
- Build demos using our software to showcase product capabilities.
- Interact with customers via chat and email, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with the development team to verify and track issues, feature requests, and improvements.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive engagement and feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Experience in a similar role or familiarity with building automation systems is a plus.
- Background, education or experience in software development is a plus.
- Background, education or experience in digital design is a plus.
