System Support Analyst (Supply Chain Systems)
Columbus, OH (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Must reside within 50-mile radius of downtown Columbus
Potential to Convert | No Sponsorship Available
We are seeking a System Support Analyst to support Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations systems. This role will work onsite at the client’s headquarters in downtown Columbus, OH.
Position Overview:Work under moderate supervision to support Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) systems. Identify, research, and resolve data, system, and business process issues while collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide system support for SCPFO applications and related technologies
- Research and resolve data integrity and system issues
- Assist in testing, production migration, and system upgrades
- Write and run SQL queries / Cognos reports for troubleshooting
- Create documentation, procedures, and quick reference guides
- Support process improvement and lean initiatives
- Communicate system changes, outages, and enhancements
- Track issues through resolution using tools like Service Now or Jira
- Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience
- OR Associate’s degree + 6 years experience
- Minimum 4+ years systems support experience
- SQL query writing or Cognos reporting – MUST HAVE
- Experience troubleshooting system and data issues
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ariba Commerce Automation Network / EDI
- Service Now / Jira
- Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet systems experience
- Experience supporting business users in operational environments
