• Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting and answer content and process questions within the team and organization
• Prepare, proofread, and update Official Reports print publications for quality and completeness before release to customers
• Participate in intra/inter-team discussions regarding work processes and policies that help improve online and offline products
• Consistently meet production and quality standards while managing priorities and workload efficiently
• Assist the manager and lead to drive continuous improvement within the team and organization

• Paralegal or BA degree preferred; or 1-2 equivalent years of experience
• Superior attention to detail and demonstrated editorial/proofreading ability
  
  Basic legal research and analytical skills required
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, with experience in Adobe or PDF Annotator
• Knowledge of CR workflows and Official Reports Print workflows

• Experience with XML mark-up and tagging
• Demonstrated proficiency in core and advanced editorial and production processes in multiple jurisdictions
• General understanding of customer needs, business, and corporate goals
