Position Name: OFSAA Developer

Position Type: Fulltime

Lead configuration, customization, development, and support of OFSAA modules and related data and reporting initiatives. Work with Finance teams to align IT deliverables with business needs, ensure data integrity, and support profitability calculations and regulatory reporting.

• Lead configuration, customization, development, and support of OFSAA modules including OFSAAI, OFSALM, OFSFTP, OFSPFT, OFSADIH, and OFSDF.
• Perform OFSAA patching, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Design and implement data mapping from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to OFSAA (T2T development).
• Maintain and enhance OFSAA data foundation layer serving as source of truth for financial reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Finance teams to:
  • Evaluate monthly reporting requirements
  • Implement process improvements
  • Deliver enhancements aligned with business needs
• Support profitability calculations at account level and rollups by product, customer, and organizational hierarchy.
• Ensure compliance with IT SDLC processes and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and data issues.
• Support data warehouse implementation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff as needed.

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with OFSAA 8.1.0 and 8.1.2
• Strong experience with:
  • OFSAA configuration and customization
  • Performance tuning and patching
• 5+ years of Data Warehouse experience
• 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
• ETL and PL/SQL programming experience
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Developer / Toad)
• Experience with Erwin Data Modeling
• Basic Unix/Linux scripting knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of Financial Services / Banking experience
• Strong understanding of:
  • Bank financial statements
  • Transfer pricing
  • Profitability calculations
  • Risk and regulatory reporting
• Experience merging models across different OFSAA instances
• Knowledge of Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong team-oriented attitude
