Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to join their team. As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be part of the Cybersecurity department supporting critical initiatives that safeguard the company's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
What’s the Job?- Lead and manage cybersecurity programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and resource constraints to deliver successful outcomes.
- Track risk mitigation efforts and benefit realization to measure program success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Develop and present executive dashboards highlighting milestones, KPIs, risk mitigation progress, and benefits realization.
- 5+ years of experience operating as a true Program Manager within Cyber, Technology Projects, or M&A environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Azure Dev Ops dashboards.
- Certifications like PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent.
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work effectively in high-change cybersecurity environments with a focus on risk mitigation and benefit tracking.
