Mid-Level UX Designer - Ohio and Delaware

This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.

Location:

On-site in Columbus, OH, or Wilmington, DE, 5 days a week

Duration: 1 year

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI for digital products.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Translate insights into clear design recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain UX best practices.

• Experience in UX design and user research.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final UI.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility.

$105,000 - $120,001 a year
