- Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership for large, complex banking and financial services environments, including legacy core systems, integrations, and modern SaaS platforms
- Bring 10+ years of experience within banking or financial services, with strong understanding of core banking, core modernization, pricing and billing, and retail and/or commercial banking domains
- Design and communicate scalable, compliant solution architectures aligned with enterprise banking requirements, regulatory considerations, and business outcomes
- Maintain architectural ownership from concept through build, deployment, and production, ensuring consistency, quality, and delivery alignment
- Deliver hands-on technical guidance during design, implementation, and production rollout of enterprise-level banking software solutions
- Lead technical deep-dives, architecture reviews, and resolution of complex integration and delivery challenges in fast-paced, regulated environments
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior banking stakeholders, supporting modernization and transformation initiatives from legacy platforms to SaaS adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, product, delivery, and operations teams while providing technical leadership and motivation across cross-functional teams
- Contribute to architectural governance, standards, and reference architectures across multiple programs within large financial institutions
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and execution skills with a proven track record of delivering results under tight timelines
