We are seeking a Mule Soft Technical Lead. This role requires deep expertise in the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, with a strong understanding in API‑led connectivity and integration architecture. As the Mule Soft Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions, while also leading a team of developers and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable and secure integration solutions - including APIs, connectors, and integration flows - using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other IT teams to define integration requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to Mule Soft developers through advocacy of best practices, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks encompassing all Mule Soft environments (e.g., development, integration, and production).
- Stay updated with Mule Soft features and industry trends, applying best practices to continuously improve integration capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience with Mule Soft including Cloud Hub 2.0 and the Anypoint Platform.
- Familiarity with integration patterns such as REST APIs, event publication and subscription, Mule Soft connectors, microservices architecture, and enterprise application integration (EAI).
- Experience managing security aspects of the Mule Soft platform including connectivity, encryption capabilities, private space setup, and VPN/tunneling.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Dev Ops practices.
- Experience partnering with IT and business stakeholders to provide Mule Soft‑related recommendations for solution design and guidance for book of work execution spanning multiple business units and competing priorities.
- Experience executing work using Agile/Scrum development methodology/practice.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Mule Soft Certification(s) such as Mule Soft Certified Developer and Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce platforms – Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds – including, but not limited to, Salesforce connected applications, data models, platform events, and workflows.
- Salesforce Certification(s) such as Platform Administrator.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Workplace TypeThis is a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.
Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
