We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer/Architect with deep expertise in the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions that streamline business processes, enhance automation, and deliver strategic value.

• Design and develop Service Now applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer
  .
• Perform platform configuration, customization, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in Service Now architecture and development are followed.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.

• Strong understanding of the Service Now platform and its modules.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience with Integration Hub
  , Flow Designer
  , and Service Now integrations.
• Proven experience in Service Now development, customization, and solution design.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
