Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce environment across users, features, and integrations. This role is both strategic and hands‑on — perfect for someone who enjoys translating business needs into clean, efficient Salesforce solutions.

You’ll manage system configuration, drive new enhancements, maintain data integrity, and support end‑users across the organization.

• Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce administration including user setup, security, permissions, and profiles
• Build and optimize automation using Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and other declarative tools
• Support dashboards, reporting, page layouts, and object configuration
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Review and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy across the platform
• Support integrations and work with technical teams on system connections
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Assist with system enhancements, release readiness, and new feature rollout

• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and best practices
• Hands‑on experience with Flows, reports, dashboards, object/field management, and permissioning
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or APIs is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to support users across technical skill levels
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for clean data and system optimization
