On Site Position; 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, 373 S High St, Columbus, OH 43215.

FCDC is seeking a Help Desk Contractor to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Assigning rights to applications and network services, including folders, printers, database accounts, non-Windows services, user drives, and cloud services.

Password resets for users across multiple applications such as Active Directory, email, remote access, and internal systems.

Providing excellent customer service, with potential direct interaction with partners via in-person, messaging, or phone.

Managing user accounts: deletion, disabling, and scheduled cleanup.

Resolving issues related to user accounts and managing privileged access.

Supporting service desk and desktop support operations.

Understanding Active Directory and Outlook basics.

Contributing to project impact from day one.

Knowledge of endpoint deployment and device procurement/configuration.

Preparing and processing IT equipment for E-Recycling, including movement and compilation.

Familiarity with ITSM operations.

Applicants must complete in-person technical and work style interviews with various team members, possibly including a hands-on assessment, and provide relevant professional references.
