- Knowledge of rating module & P&C Insurance projects (Only commercial) - Preferable
- Experience Required
- Offshore coordination experience is Mandatory
- Liaison with client (Business leads) and offshore teams, act as single point of contact for the project, code and unit test requirements
- Generic Managerial Skills
- Team management skills are nice to have
