Senior Workforce Management Developer - UKG

* degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in and support within a healthcare environment.
* Dell Boomi certification is required
* Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously.
* Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and performance issues.
* Ability to develop solutions for problems where existing precedents may not exist.
* Ability to document technical solutions, mappings, workflows, and integration specifications.
* Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SQL, SFTP, middleware, and ETL tools.
* Strong understanding of UKG data models, connectors, imports/exports, Dell Boomi, and UKG API frameworks.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev Ops concepts, and modern SDLC practices.
* Knowledge of information security principles related to data integration and secure data transfers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of risk mitigation practices related to system integrations.
* Experience leading major ERP upgrades, implementations, or transformation initiatives.
* Strong design‑thinking, creative problem‑solving, and strategic‑roadmap development skills.
* Highly effective collaborator with demonstrated success driving people, process, and technology change.
* Subject matter expert in Workday , UKG, Service Now or other ERP technologies.
