OverviewService Now Senior Consultant – Enterprise Service Management (ESM) plays a leading role in upgrading processes, systems, and information for prestigious businesses worldwide.
The OpportunityLead Service Now Transformation teams, showcase leadership, establish new client relationships, and grow consulting and team leadership skills.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, analyze business models and processes.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Act as a workstream lead across ESM/GBS engagements.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources.
- Provide guidance on Service Now ESM/GBS process implementations.
- Analyze company capabilities, provide recommendations, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
- 2‑4 years relevant Service Now project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one Service Now certification (HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management).
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Source to Pay, Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery experience.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions.
